The integration of ICT in the educational models of teaching-learning has transformed linear/traditional education, where students are active agents within the educational processes. In this context, the present research analyzes to what extent and how ICTs are incorporated in the curricular design of the academic offerings of the University Higher Technological Institutes (UHTI) in Ecuador. Systematic content analysis was used as a methodological design to evaluate the curricula of 38 careers in the area of Administrative Sciences offered by the UHTI, with the objective of determining the explicit and implicit presence of ICTs. As main results, the University Higher Technological Institutes offer a completely theoretical-practical training, also providing a comprehensive education that incorporates digital tools in the design of the curricula to meet current social demands.
