The objective of this project is to carry out a comparative analysis of teaching and learning methodologies at the Juan Bautista Aguirre Higher Technological Institute. The idea is to identify best practices and offer suggestions for more innovative and effective teaching. A variety of teaching strategies were reviewed, ranging from traditional to those that encourage active participation and use educational technologies. Both quantitative and qualitative techniques are used. The results show successful practices that help to improve the understanding of the contents and to develop critical skills. In conclusion, concrete recommendations are presented to drive innovation, such as integrating technology, encouraging student participation, and continuously adapting methodologies. This analysis not only expands academic knowledge, but also provides practical guides to improve teaching at the Institute and other related educational institutions.
