Abstract

The research proposal seeks to address the challenges arising from the lack of practical implementation of existing policies within the framework of the violet economy. Due to the degree of unfamiliarity, there is a marked gap between theory, regulations, and practice in educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to take the initiative by setting a milestone in strategies for female empowerment, aiming to be a reference for other institutions to initiate these projects with their women's groups to stimulate the economy focused on women, betting on a positive outcome for future generations. This initiative aims to implement economic strengthening strategies, starting with a study based on surveys, to identify the needs of this study group. Subsequently, it will be integrated with affirmative actions that allow women to be integrated into any area of economic development, recognizing their efforts in all fields, especially in productive sectors. The methodology was based on a quantitative and qualitative approach due to the methods and procedures used for information gathering, reflected in surveys, interviews, and bibliographic review, as the type of research is descriptive. The study demonstrated that the I.S.T. Nelson Torres has great potential to contribute to the local, regional, and national Violet Economy through the training of its students in various related topics and the application of all acquired knowledge in practical settings, applying mentoring and networking strategies.
