The 4th International Scientific Congress “Inclusive Education ISTLA 2026” was held on February 25, 2026, organized by the Liceo Aduanero Higher Technological Institute, under the leadership of the Community Engagement and the Research Department. The Congress is an academic forum focused on strengthening scientific research, educational innovation, and the exchange of knowledge among national and international faculty, researchers, students, and professionals. The event promoted the dissemination of research related to inclusive education, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, administration, and technology applied to higher education. During the academic program, in-person and virtual keynote lectures, scientific presentations, and research poster sessions were held in various thematic rooms, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and academic cooperation. The Congress also promoted the dissemination of results from community engagement projects and institutional scientific publications, reinforcing the institution's commitment to the production and transfer of scientific knowledge.
