Abstract

The city of Santo Domingo, belonging to Ecuador, is the place for the development of this project. This begins with the analysis of the local reality until the scientific problem is identified; which allows us to work on obtaining results and with them formulate relevant conclusions. The problem identified is “knowing the current management of the population of Santo Domingo regarding the treatment they give to inorganic solid waste.” The general research objective seeks to investigate the reality of the current management of the treatment of inorganic waste in the aforementioned population; To achieve this, three specific objectives have been set; The first is to identify the existing current management processes; The second is to identify the management indicators that are currently in place. These two objectives are evidenced through the methods and materials designed and applied in the research; The third objective is to analyze the results obtained from the current management study, to know specifically about the treatment given to inorganic solid waste in Santo Domingo, the latter is evidenced in the results and discussion thereof. , to finally obtain the final conclusions of the research project.
