La Responsabilidad Social en las organizaciones: Una visión desde la innovación

Resumen

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) enfrenta el desafío de trascender acciones filantrópicas aisladas para incorporarse como parte integral de la estrategia organizacional, demandando mecanismos que articulen innovación y creación de valor social y ambiental; por lo tanto, se planteó la interrogante ¿cómo influyen los componentes de innovación organizacional (estructura, procesos y cultura) en la planificación, ejecución y evaluación de iniciativas de RSE orientadas al desarrollo sostenible?. La metodología empleada corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo–exploratorio bibliométrico. Se recolectaron datos de las bases de datos de Scopus y Web of Science (2019–2024), filtrando artículos y revisiones en inglés y español que combinaran “responsabilidad social” e “innovación organizacional”. Los resultados revelan que la estructura organizacional, modelos de gobierno inclusivos, equipos multidisciplinarios y presupuestos dedicados, se consolidan como los componentes estratégicos y sumados a ellos procesos ágiles y la evaluación continua.  La cultura de aprendizaje junto al liderazgo participativo y la innovación abierta catalizan la generación y escalado de soluciones. Los resultados obtenidos dan pie a futuras nuevas líneas de investigación, enfocadas en métricas alternativas y evaluaciones cualitativas, impacto de tecnologías emergentes como la IA y big data para la escalabilidad de iniciativas de RSE innovadoras.
