Perception of Risk Factors in Construction Workers

The construction trade gives rise to multi-professional risk factors that endanger life, as it is the most dangerous trade worldwide. It is a topic of growing interest and has been worked on for years. The central objective of this research is to analyze the perception of risk factors in construction workers. In this sense, this survey coincides with a qualitative approach of a systematic review type under the PRISMA 2020 documentary review method. The results indicate that the perception of risk factors in construction workers varies significantly depending on their skill, the practice received and the organizational culture of each company. In conclusion, it is considered important that every construction company implement programs that are focused on continuous training and employing strategies that promote a safety culture in order to minimize the risks present in the construction area, thus ensuring well-being, safety and security. of the workers and, in the same way, cooperating with the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the construction companies as a company.
