Organizational leadership is an important element in building high-performance teams and stands out for its direct impact on productivity, team unity, and innovation in business environments. This analysis details leadership styles, particularly transformational leadership styles, that can help increase employees' potential by aligning them with their personal goals, enabling the creation of a work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth. The dynamic relationship between leadership and results is studied using a method based on literature analysis and descriptive interpretation. The results indicate that effective leadership based on emotional intelligence, transparent communication, and strategic management can improve internal motivation, foster an environment of trust, and reduce internal disputes. On the other hand, poor leadership can lead to discouragement and reduced productivity. This work highlights the importance of organizations implementing leadership strategies tailored to different contexts to improve their competitiveness and sustainability. Ultimately, organizational leadership goes beyond simple operational management to become a transformative agent that improves business engagement and development.
