The project focuses on converting a conventional bicycle into an electric bicycle (E-bike) using a conversion kit, thus promoting an alternative and ecological means of transport that reduces emissions and traffic in the center of Loja during peak hours. A survey was carried out in the urban area of Loja, whose positive results support the viability of the project. The process of adapting the electric kit to the bicycle included specific steps to ensure proper installation and optimize its performance. In addition, an 11.5 km test route was designed on the cycle path in the center of Loja to evaluate the autonomy of the E-bike. During this test, the Torque Pro mobile app was used to collect real-time data, providing detailed information on the e-bike's performance throughout the ride.
