New technologies applied to management and innovation in the tourism sector

The study project on applied technologies in tourism analyzes the impact and integration of technological innovations in the tourism industry. It focuses on evaluating how tools such as artificial intelligence, big data, virtual reality and predictive analytics influence the management, promotion and tourist experience. Using the results of the survey, we learn about trends in the use and perception of technology by travelers, deduce the high dependence on the Internet for travel planning, how to improve the operational efficiency of tourism companies, how to customize the offer according to travelers' preferences and enrich the interaction of tourists with destinations through immersive virtual experiences. It also addresses the ethical and privacy challenges associated with the use of these technologies. The main objective is to understand the importance of technological adaptation in the tourism sector to enhance the traveler experience and ensure trust in the use of these innovative tools.
