The aim of this work is to understand the results and the students' perception on the experiential workshops implemented in the Entrepreneurship course during the semester started on May of 2023. The methodology was of an applied, exploratory, and field-based type, with a quantitative approach; surveying 84 students from the ITCA Technological Institute, 78.6% women and 21.4% men. The results show that most students considered the seminary as moderately or highly practical, highlighting the positive impact of the experiential workshops on their motivation towards entrepreneurship. The real environment experience was considered the most significant in increasing the learning and motivation. As a conclusion, the Demand-Competence methodology and education towards starting a new business positively influence the entrepreneurial perception and motivation of students. It is suggested to increase the immersion in real environments and the use of subjective and objective evaluation methods to measure the impact of Entrepreneurial Education. The main contribution of the study is the demonstration of the effectiveness of experiential learning methodologies in entrepreneurial education in a Higher Education Institution, promoting a cultural change towards the pursue of an entrepreneurial intention.
