Crossmark

Crossmark, from Crossref, provides a standard way for readers to locate the current version of a piece of content. By clicking the Crossmark button, readers can determine whether changes have been made after publication. Each publication will include the CrossMark logo, promoting transparency and authenticity of the published manuscript.

The CrossMark icon will provide information about the article's current status, displaying metadata about the authors and the article itself. If published texts have any corrections, retractions, or updates after publication, the CrossMark tool will indicate that the corrected version will replace the original, specifying the changes made.

CONECTIVIDAD with this tool will keep the readership updated on corrections and/or retractions to published articles, in accordance with the journal's Code of Ethics, generating a version history of the document.

CONECTIVIDAD will thus promote compliance with the guidelines for authors and the peer review process.
