The study examines how the implementation of the agile methodology Scrum Plus can optimize the management of microenterprises in the energy sector, particularly in a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) collection center, with the purpose of promoting innovation, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening organizational adaptability in resource-constrained environments; to this end, a qualitative approach was adopted based on a case study that combined semi-structured interviews with the analysis of internal documents and operational records, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the organization’s functioning; the work is structured around a theoretical framework focused on organizational innovation and agile methodologies, followed by the methodological development, interpretation of the results obtained, and a discussion that links the findings to practical recommendations; the results show a 25% reduction in logistical delays and a 30% decrease in inventory errors, leading to the conclusion that Scrum Plus, when applied gradually, is a viable alternative to enhance the competitiveness of microenterprises.
