The system is designed to optimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact through the experimental modality, validating the hypotheses related to energy efficiency and the sustainability of the production process. This modality is stipulated under the design of current regulations, incorporating clean energy sources, such as solar panels and using tools such as SketchUp for 3D modeling, which allows optimizing the distribution of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring an efficient workflow from the reception of the raw material to the final stages of production. The analysis shows the importance of a production line organization that maximizes energy use and minimizes environmental impact, thus promoting sustainable and efficient production at the mozzarella cheese processing plant in Quevedo.
