Abstract

The study evaluated the follow-up of 2023 graduates and the management of the academic offerings at the Higher University Institute of Professional Administrative and Commercial Training, focusing on employability, perception of educational quality, and administrative management. Surveys were conducted with 331 graduates (144 men and 187 women), using a descriptive-exploratory quantitative approach. Regarding employability, 80.4% of graduates were employed. Among men, 48.6% worked in the private sector and 13.9% in the public sector, while among women, 49.2% were employed in the private sector and 18.2% in the public sector. A total of 27.8% of women were not employed. These results reflect the effectiveness of the institute's training programs. The perception of educational quality was largely positive: 64.4% rated the institutional organization as very satisfactory and 33.2% as satisfactory. Teaching quality and the use of technology also received high ratings, with 42% of women and 33.5% of men rating teaching quality as very satisfactory, indicating a high level of approval in these areas. The management of institutional authorities was positively evaluated, with 39.9% of women and 30.8% of men considering it very satisfactory. Effective and responsive management directly influences the overall perception of educational quality and graduate satisfaction. Regarding continuing education, 49.8% of graduates pursued further studies, a 5% increase compared to the previous year. This suggests the effectiveness of efforts by the student welfare department and the promotion of lifelong learning. In conclusion, the study highlights high satisfaction and an improvement in continuing education among the institute's graduates.
