This qualitative research seeks to know the habits and knowledge about the health and well-being of the student body, and their associated values of the undergraduate students of the Quevedo State Technical University. For this purpose, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied through the Google Forms platform, which was answered and later analyzed. The university population is 5000 students from five careers and five different cycles, selected intentionally, with an average age of 23 years.
