TechMentor is a project focused on developing a hybrid application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to personalize the learning experience of students aged 40 to 60 at the Instituto Superior Tecnoló- gico Sudamericano de Guayaquil. The aim is to design an intuitive interface considering the diversity of technological competence of adult users. The development is divided into phases: information gathering and planning, architecture design with AI algorithms, and construction of a functional prototype subjected to usability tests with a pilot group. TechMentor highlights the importance of adaptation in higher education and the need for continuous improvements to meet changing student needs and constantly evolving technological demands.
