Análisis de brechas de logística inversa textil en la comunidad andina frente a las normas ISO 59004-59010

Resumen

El presente estudio evalúa las prácticas de logística inversa en la cadena de suministro textil en la Comunidad Andina, contrastándolas con los requisitos establecidos por las normas ISO 59004 e ISO 59010, mediante un enfoque metodológico mixto que combinó técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas. Los resultados evidencian brechas significativas en infraestructura, capacitación técnica y articulación institucional, especialmente en pequeñas y medianas empresas que representan el 78% del sector. El análisis de correlación de Spearman reveló interdependencias críticas entre el acceso a financiamiento, las redes logísticas integradas y la capacitación técnica (r=1.000, p<0.01), mientras que el modelo de regresión múltiple identificó el financiamiento como predictor significativo de la integración logística (β=0.52, p<0.05). Se concluye que la transición hacia una economía circular requiere políticas integradas, fortalecimiento de capacidades técnicas e inversión en infraestructura especializada.
